🏮 Gw2 Where To Get Griffon Mount I apologise, but, in my opinion, you are not right. I suggest it to discuss.

Climb the eastern cobra snake head pillar using a springer by jumping on the tail at the rear, and then onto the head. Mount griffon, activate Bond of Vigor, then fly towards the Mastery Point. With Bond of Vigor active you should get a second flap after launching that gets you enough height. Griffon (borrowed)

The biggest problem for me is stopping my momentum on a Griffon. If I’m going super fast to speed towards whatever event/rift I’m chasing, I accidentally hit a leyline and I not only get taken in the wrong direction (if it were the right direction, I would just take the leyline) but I also just stop dead midair and need to gain height again with the skyscale.

One question, have you started the griffon quest? Because if you have, you get an item that teleports you to the griffon roost. The item is account bound, meaning it can be used across all characters. It's called "Spearmarshal's Plea". Much more reliable than a teleport to friend, which requires having another player be there to teleport to.

The only open world mount I don't yet have is the griffon and I do plan to get it but there is just no way it is going to be more useful than the skyscale is. Sure, it will almost surely be more fun and I guess more ideal for any super long distance of going from point A to B in wider open maps but not more useful.
